Dennis, thank you very much for the fine copy of Dante; it's quite wonderful.  
For inferno mailing-list folks, this is the Pinsky translation I seem to have 
won by being the first person outside Bell Labs to write a useful Limbo 
program.  It's a very fine book, with Italian on the left pages and English on 
the right, illustrations by Michael Mazur and a small critical apparatus at 
the end of the boook.

Signed by the inferno crew, of course.

Thanks again.  When I'm done reading this it will get a place of honor in my 
office.
Please convey my thanks to all the folks there; and I'll see if I can find 
some time to write another program so I can get a copy of Paradiso...
