Re: 3rd party browsers and Dis-files/Inferno

what, another netscape plug-in that won't run on my macintosh?

[only a few useful bigtime things do three architectures, adobe pdf
and apple quicktime come to mind, other than java itself.]
because solaris quicktime barely is operable (via 'xanim'),
inferno/limbo would have a nice opportunity if the teaser
quicktime codec stubs shipped in inferno filled out a little more,
and made it out to the web before javasoft can gel the media layer specs.
do we have a lucent/apple licensing issue here?

even newtons are getting into the java act -- will lucent play,
or is the answer for how to run limbo programs at home to dump
the 20+ million apple machines and give more money to bill gates?
