Inferno newsgroup

I am planning to develop a draft RFD for Inferno-related newsgroups:
comp.os.inferno and comp.lang.limbo. It seems a bit premature to start a
newsgroup movement yet, but it might be wise to get an early start so that
it's done right before someone else posts one. It's a foregone conclusion
that there will be newsgroups related to the technology, I think.

I'll try to post a draft to this list before next weekend. If you have any
suggestions regarding Inferno newsgroups, let me know. A question right away:

Should there be separate Inferno and Limbo groups, as shown above?
