The problem was that if one of my buggy limbo programs covered 
another window and then died there was no way to raise it or move it.

This really helps; but when you run it be aware that it plops itself
onto the task bar immediatley upon starting up; when I first saw it run
its window appeared and disappeared right away and I was convinced 
the program was buggy until I saw it down there.  Doh!
